Computrition Cares

Connection, Communication & Collaboration

At Computrition, we live by the phrase “OTOG: One Team, One Goal.” The primary objective of our annual Computrition, Inc. Company Meeting (CICM) is to reinforce collaboration across all departments to drive success together. Cross-functional sessions break silos and provide opportunities to share knowledge across the company. Leadership round tables encourage open discussions, ensuring alignment at all levels and fostering innovation through diverse perspectives. Stronger connections help us enhance teamwork, streamline processes, and create a more unified organization.

Keynote Speech

Since our greatest asset is our people, it is imperative to develop ourselves both professionally and personally. This year, we kicked things off with an inspirational keynote by Milam Miller of Be Confident & Kind. Overall, he taught us to BELIEVE in ourselves, our coworkers, and a positive workplace culture.

Customer Spotlight

At Computrition, we strive to celebrate our wonderful customers while carefully considering their firsthand experiences to enhance our development. We were fortunate to host two users: Mindy Coolman, MS, RD, LMNT (Children’s Nebraska) and Shannon Perrett, RD (Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center). These rock stars participated in our first ever panel format, featuring a Q&A with both moderated and live questions.

Advancing Technology

As a leader in foodservice software, we are always excited about the ongoing evolution and next stages of our products. Our top priorities continue to follow our customers’ most pressing needs. Additionally, we are constantly seeking new tools we can incorporate, such as artificial intelligence and other technologies.

Meaningful Moments

2025 started with its fair share of challenges, including devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, where our company is headquartered. Although it will take time to heal and rebuild, we cannot overstate the firefighters’ and first responders’ bravery and dedication. At CICM25, we held a raffle to generate funds that were donated toward fire relief efforts via World Central Kitchen.

It also warmed our hearts to partner with Kids Cancer Connection to assemble stuffed animals for children battling cancer.
