Computrition User Conferences Focus on Empowering Customers to Become Super Users

March 01, 2018 – Los Angeles, CA – Computrition’s Account Relationship Management (ARM) team officially kicks-off the User Conference season, offering customers the most sessions from all the past User Conferences. The focus of the conferences this year will be to encourage customers to Become a Computrition Super User by developing their software skills and empowering them to fully utilize all the functionality that their Computrition systems offer.

These conferences provide customers the perfect setting to interact and exchange best practices. Accordingly, last year’s conference attendee, Megan Ehlert from ThedaCare expressed, “There is no other venue where this valuable information can be shared between diverse facilities from across the region.”

Attendees can expect our hands-on user workshop, which debuted last year, to be included in the 2018 agenda. These workshops cover topics intentionally selected by the ARM team to address solutions to common processes. The workbooks proved to be tangible takeaways that users can routinely reference and in response to them, Clinical Nutrition Manger, Amy Clay from Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital shared, “As someone still learning Hospitality Suite, the workbook guide as a resource is great to have!”
