HS Security Settings
Access to Operations Connect requires specific privileges that are assigned through HS Security. Any user with All Privileges privilege level will have W level access to the below privileges by default. Any user with privilege levels other than All Privileges will need to be manually granted access to application settings in HS Security. If you are missing any of the privileges detailed in the table below, contact your Hospitality Suite Administrator.

Caution:
- If Hospitality Suite was installed prior to Operations Connect, these security settings may need to be set in HS Security after installation, in order to begin using Operations Connect.
- Ensure users are not logged into Operations Connect before making any changes to their security levels.
Note: The Operations Connect > Tray Service > Alerts security line is not active in Operations Connect release 1.2.
