Average Delivery Times

This widget tracks the average amount of time trays spend at any stage of the delivery process, as well as the total delivery time. Any time that exceeds the preset limit for the delivery stage will appear in red, and any tray delivery that takes longer to deliver than the maximum delivery time will be reported as a late tray.  This widget is very useful to correct the efficiency of the service for a specific meal as well as looking at historical data.
