Delivery Stage Inactivation

It is possible to deactivate tray delivery stages on the back-end and to ensure that Operations Connect updates accordingly to not display those stages or include them in any timing calculations. For assistance with inactivating tray delivery stages, please contact Computrition Support.

Once you have inactivated any tray delivery stages, you will need to perform the following two tasks:

1. In Hospitality Suite, create a selection set of delivery stages that excludes the inactivated stages.
2. Edit each widget and, the Delivery Stages list, select the selection set created in step 1 to exclude the inactivated stages.
3. Recycle the HS API to ensure that the widget calculations update to properly reflect the active delivery stages.
