Introduction

Inventory Connect is a browser-based application used to track items inventory movement at your facility. It provides a paperless process to track items sent to different cost centers.

Using this module on a mobile device allows the creation of a requisition to replenish cost center inventory while away from a centralized location. You can also use Inventory Connect to conduct physical inventory of your storage locations on a screen rather than with a paper checklist.

With Inventory Connect you can:

  • Quickly create requisitions out for each of your cost centers
  • Utilize pre-defined requisition templates for each cost center for ease of entry
  • Set par levels so your team knows exactly how much to fill for each cost center
  • Customize your display list to show only the deliveries you need to make
  • See a delivery requirements list to pack your delivery cart before you leave
  • Collect an electronic signature upon delivery ensuring accountability
  • Enter actual counts for each item on a mobile device
  • Search for a specific item on a worksheet by product code or item name
  • Search for a specific location in an inventory
  • Add missing items on a worksheet
