Selecting a Patron's Language

You can select the primary language spoken by the patron. This selection will also appear when the patron is viewed in Hospitality Suite.

To select the patron's language:

1. On the patron record, click the General Information tab.
2. To the right of Language, click . The Edit Language dialog appears.
3. In the Select language list, select the patron's language.
The available languages in the list are based on the languages included in the Languages system table. For more information on managing available languages in that table, refer to the Hospitality Suite User Manual, System Tables > Patrons Tables > Languages Table.
4. Click Save.
