Changing Your Logo in Bedside Connect / Room Service Connect

Note: When upgrading the application, if the current logo file was not copied to the newly installed directory, you will need to reupload the logo as detailed below.

To change the logo for your facility in the application:

  1. On the Saved Searches page, in the top-right corner, click Settings. The Global Settings dialog opens.
  2. Under Upload Logo, continue as follows:
    1. Click Choose file. The Open dialog box appears.
    2. Navigate to and select the image you want to use as the logo.  The following file types are allowed: .jfif, .pjpeg, .jpeg, .pjp, .jpg, .png. The maximum file size allowed is 4 MB.
    3. Click Open. The logo applies to the application.
    4. If you want to delete the logo, click Delete.
  3. Caution: If you delete the current logo, you will need to click Save and reopen the Global Settings page before you can add a new logo.
  4. Click Save.
