Customizing the Full Patron List Display

You can customize which patron information columns are displayed on the FPL. The available columns are as follows:

  • Order Status
  • Location
  • Delivery Status
  • Last Name
  • Diet Order
  • Menu Type
  • Admit Date
  • Language
  • Religion
  • Acuity
  • Staff Notes
  • The Order Status column displays icons to quickly convey the status of an order. For more information on these icons, refer to Order Status Icons.
  • The Delivery Status column displays icons to quickly convey the status of the patron's meal within Tray InMotion. For more information on these icons, refer to Delivery Status Icons.

To customize the displayed columns of the Full Patron List:

  1. To the left of Customize Display, click . The menu expands.
  2. Click to select the column(s) you want to display on the FPL. The selected columns display as you select them.
  3. Click to clear the column(s) you do not want to display on the FPL. The selected columns are removed as you clear them.
