EXPERIENCE
Gen Gagnon started her journey at Computrition as an implementation manager, working closely with clients to ensure a successful transition from a manual or competitive system to a successful go-live. After working in both project management and sales, it became clear that customers needed more support post-implementation. Thus, Gen spearheaded the Account Relationship Management (ARM) team to take a more proactive – rather than reactive – approach when it comes to clients’ problems. EDUCATION
Gen earned her degree from the University of Montreal (Université de Montréal) in Canada to become a registered dietitian. Having grown up with French as her first language, it was quite a culture shock to travel 3000 miles to take a job with Computrition in Southern California! Yet, after a 20+ year career, it’s been one exciting adventure after another.
ENJOYMENT
Now located in the majestic Pacific Northwest, Gen works out of her “she shed office” in her backyard. In her spare time, she enjoys running along the numerous trails Portland offers. She signs up for various races, both locally and while traveling, which provides another way to discover the world in which we live.
