Kim Goldberg - Executive VP, Operations
Kim Goldberg is one of
the original employees and has been a member of the
Computrition team since 1983. Ms. Goldberg currently serves
as the Company’s Executive Vice President
–
Operations. Her scopes of responsibilities encompass such
tasks as strategizing as to the sales teams campaigns and
overseeing the operations of support services. In addition,
Ms. Goldberg is responsible for the training and project
management teams. Including the development and monitoring
of timelines, action plans, implementation goals and
customer functionality requirements.
Additional
responsibilities directed by Ms. Goldberg include overseeing
the generation of proposals; negotiation of contracts;
maintenance of price schedules and monitoring of corporate
discount arrangements. As well as monitoring and reporting
functions relative to the Company’s GSA Government
contract. Conversely, Ms. Goldberg also serves as Secretary
to the Corporation and, in turn, maintains corporate
documents, minutes, and shareholder information.
Ms. Goldberg has been
instrumental in developing the policies and procedures
associated with the sales, training and project management
process from generation of proposals through the origination
of contracts, negotiations, order tracking, timeline
development, statement of work monitoring and implementation
progress for all customers. Ms. Goldberg has degrees in
Business and Computer Science. In addition, Ms. Goldberg
has completed continuing education relative to negotiating,
sales management, project management and marketing. |
