As Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey works directly with the entire senior team to drive company performance and create shareholder value. Jeffrey is responsible for all financial, treasury, human resources, corporate compliance and administration functions.

 

He also plays a lead role in all of the company’s acquisition activity from deal sourcing, negotiation through to integration.

 

Prior to 2004, Jeffrey worked eight years with KPMG in their Information, Communications and Entertainment practice working primarily with technology and gaming companies in both Canada and the United States. Jeffrey is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Business Administration from York University.
