Foodservice Operations Management (FOM)
 

By automating daily functions, FOM provides foodservice operators with the tools necessary to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and further streamline operations.  Foodservice Operations Management may be utilized in any setting where menu planning, purchasing, inventory, production, recipe management, forecasting, food and labor costing, nutrient labeling, or HACCP compliance is required.




Nutrition Care Management (NCM)
 

NCM controls costs and increases efficiency in the healthcare, acute care, and long term care industries. Software functionality includes the ability to track patient, resident, or client demographics, acuity levels, diet orders, weight history, as well as any likes, dislikes, or allergies.  NCM also provides menu and tray ticket production, comprehensive nutrient analysis, recipe and menu management, the generation of automated HACCP guidelines, and much more.
