FOM Express
FOM Express offers the ability to maintain, cost, and analyze both standardized recipes and menus. It also provides a physical inventory worksheet, inventory valuation and a purchasing guide. This product can be utilized in countless settings, such as food distributors that provide menus to customers, small hospitals, small retirement communities, small and large correctional facilities, schools and restaurants.

FOM Select
FOM Select incorporates all Express functionality, all premium production components as well as the full inventory-ordering package that can be used in any size operation or setting.

FOM Professional
The premier solution in hospitality and foodservice operations

management. It contains all the functionalities of Express and Select with features for multi-site roll-up reporting, central kitchen/production, and merging of information from a master set of data to site data (such as food item and recipe cost and nutrient information).

Add-on Modules
Add-on packages for the FOM line of products include, but are not limited to point-of-sale, catering management, data mining between systems, HACCP monitoring, and a time-saving hand-held inventory PDA.
