Computrition Team Members Keynote at Louisiana & California Dietetic Association Conferences

Chatsworth, CA, March 31, 2005--Computrition Chairman & CEO, Ellyn Luros-Elson, RD and Project Manager, Marty Yadrick, MS, MBA, RD, FADA have been selected as keynote speakers at the Louisiana Dietetic Association Conference in Lafayette, LA and the California Dietetic Association Conference in Riverside, CA, respectively.

Mrs. Luros-Elson is a past President of the American Dietetic Association Foundation and winner of the American Dietetic Association’s 2004 Medallion Award. Topics she will discuss at the LDA Conference include personal empowerment for successful leadership in and out of the workplace, and the many non-traditional career possibilities available in today’s dietetics industry.

Mr. Yadrick will offer CDA Conference attendees an update on diversity and diversity initiatives within the American Dietetic Association. Topics of focus include US population changes, ADA and CDA minority membership statistics, and how to provide optimal services to specific ethnic populations. Marty served as chair of the ADA’s Diversity Committee in 2002 and is currently the Association’s Treasurer-Elect.
