Through this partnership, foodservice operators will be offered a seamlessly integrated and comprehensive solution to further elevate the standard of patient services and educational capabilities possible within a healthcare setting.
The companies' products will integrate via Computrition’s Universal XChange Gateway® and Thinix PatientLink™ technology. These integrated applications and personal patient infotainment monitors will enable patients to select clinically pre-approved menu selections and review nutritional content for each meal. This benefits healthcare facilities by reducing the labor associated with meal selections and tallying as well as controlling costs by creating the option to limit the quantities of items selected to prevent the ordering of non-compensated guest meals. Equally of value is the ability, through this integrated solution, to empower and instantly educate patients about the nutrient density of their specific orders and how modifying those selections affects their intake, ultimately promoting healthier behaviors and choices.
Each company will collaborate jointly with prospects and current clients, but will remain wholly unique entities, servicing their clients as they do today. The interface will be available to clients who have Computrition’s Hospitality Suite® products and Universal or Menu XChange Gateway, as well as the Thinix Rx™ Healthcare Platform.
